As a School Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to address the unique needs of each student.
- Conduct assessments to identify and address students' social and emotional challenges.
- Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
- Meet Colorado DOE guidelines for a counselorÂ
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
