Job Type:

• Full time 
• Onsite 
• August 19th, 2024 - June 3rd, 2025
• 1:1 with a middle school student 
• Provide students with physical, emotional, and mental health services, etc. 

Job Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor's degree in Nursing 
• Must be a licensed RN in Illinois 

Contracting with ProCare Therapy:

• W2 Opportunities
• Benefits available for positions 30 hours a week and over
