Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching license or certification in [State].
• Experience teaching elementary school students, preferably in second grade or a similar age group.
• Must pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and social-emotional needs.
• Implement classroom management strategies that promote a safe, orderly, and respectful learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay informed about best practices in education.
• Engage in reflective practice and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
