Job Title: Full-Time Bilingual School Psychologist

Description: We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual School Psychologist to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Bilingual School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our diverse student population, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments in both English and Spanish to identify students' strengths and areas for growth.
• Provide counseling and intervention services to support students' social and emotional well-being, addressing cultural and linguistic factors.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement strategies to address students' needs, ensuring cultural responsiveness.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' educational goals in both languages.
• Facilitate workshops and programs promoting mental health awareness and social-emotional learning in English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and student progress.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Arizona School Psychologist Certification or eligibility for certification required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience working as a bilingual school psychologist preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in school psychology.
