Are you enthusiastic about supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students in their educational journey? We're looking for a dedicated SLI to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year, providing comprehensive assistance and instruction to DHH students.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Sign Language Interpreter (SLI)
- Full-time position focusing on teaching DHH students
- Responsibilities include interpreting, facilitating communication, and delivering academic support to DHH students in various educational settings
- Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and have prior experience teaching DHH students
- A 4.0 EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score is required to ensure excellent interpreting skills
