Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Physical Therapist in Tempe, AZ School District!

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) this upcoming school year for a contract position located in the Tempe, AZ area. Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Student Demographic: High school
Dates: July 2024  - May 2025

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, strength, and range of motion
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' physical challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students' educational and developmental goals
• Provide direct therapy services and consultation to students, as well as guidance and training to school staff

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
