Exciting news! We're seeking two full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) in Pittsburgh, PA to support students with diverse needs. Check out the detailed responsibilities and requirements:

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Pittsburgh, PA Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students with a variety of disabilities, including physical, developmental, and medical conditions
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to individual care plans
• Monitor students' health status and respond promptly to medical emergencies
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement student care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations is advantageous
