Exciting New Occupational Therapist (OT) Position in Watkinsville, GA!!
We're currently looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for the Next School Year (NSY) in Watkinsville, GA. This position offers guaranteed service hours of 37.5 per week and focuses on a caseload spanning Kindergarten to 5th grade. Additionally, the role involves providing services across seven sites, with weekly assignments to specific sites.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in grades K-5.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual student needs and goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated student support.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student functional abilities and determine appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
- Travel to assigned sites weekly to provide services as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in Georgia.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels and sites effectively.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services and supporting student development.
