We're currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Norfolk, VA, for the 24-25 School Year (SY). This position entails working Monday through Friday and requires an active Virginia Occupational Therapist certification. You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of 45 to 60 elementary school-aged students. Additional details about the caseload will be provided as more information becomes available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 45 to 60 elementary school-aged students, providing direct occupational therapy services and interventions.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and gather necessary information to tailor interventions to meet each student's specific needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and student progress.

Requirements:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist certification in Virginia.
• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
