Exciting New Occupational Therapist (OT) Position in Little Falls, MN!
We're currently in search of an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide indirect services, dedicating 32.5 hours weekly at Mid State Education District in Little Falls, MN. This position spans from September 3, 2024, to May 23, 2025, specifically for the 24/25 academic year. Onsite work is required, serving students ranging from early childhood to 22 years old. The caseload consists of approximately 80 students, with a primary focus on indirect services and minimal direct services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver indirect occupational therapy services to students aged early childhood to 22 years old.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual student needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and professionals to ensure seamless student support.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Engage in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enrich the educational experience for students.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Possess a valid Occupational Therapist license.
- Preferably have previous experience working with students across diverse age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of around 80 students, with a primary focus on indirect services.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services and fostering student development.
