ProCare Therapy is currently hiring for a full-time School OT position in Norfolk, VA, for the 24/25 school year. This role offers the chance to work with an elementary caseload and make a positive impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
