Substitute Occupational Therapist - ESY - Brooklyn, NY

Description:
We are seeking a substitute Occupational Therapist (OT) to cover a maternity leave case load in Brooklyn, NY, for the Extended School Year (ESY) program. The position will run from May 15th to August 9th, with a week and a half off in June due to school closure. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The caseload consists of 10 students, primarily diagnosed with autism, and includes one visually impaired student aged 3-5 years.

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New York
• Previous experience working with children with autism and visually impaired students preferred
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• Willingness to conduct in-person sessions at the center
