Elementary School LPN

 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Employment Type: Full Time, 7:30am -2:45pm 
Dates: 8/8/2024 - 5/21/25
Caseload Details: Working 1:1 with elementary student, must be equip and trained for Trach / G-Tube care
Pay Range: $28-36/hr

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to students in a school environment, ensuring their health and well-being.
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and assess students' health conditions and promptly respond to emergencies or medical concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized health plans for students with specific medical needs.

Requirements: 

• Current LPN licensing in PA
• Must have all PA Clearances to work in a School
• Experience in pediatrics, school, or community health nursing is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and make quick decisions in a fast-paced school setting.
