Elementary School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPN | PA | 23/24 School Year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate LPN for a contracted position. This is an excellent school district with tons of support from wonderful colleagues and students.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Perform health assessments and provide immediate first aid to students and staff.

• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records of medication administration.

• Collaborate on health education initiatives and conduct sessions on topics like nutrition and hygiene.

• Coordinate care plans for students with special medical needs and communicate effectively with parents and school staff.

Position Details: 

• Contract: 
  • As soon as possible - June 2024 
• Full Time: 35 hours/week 
  • Bus riding assistance
  • 1:1 with student with seizures  
• School experience highly preferred 

Requirements: 

• LPN State License
