Position Overview: Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to provide essential support to teachers and students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment.
• Support students with academic and behavioral challenges.
• Foster positive relationships with students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Prior experience working with students, preferably in education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
