We're currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for the Next School Year (NSY) in Watkinsville, GA. This position guarantees 37.5 service hours per week and focuses on a caseload covering Kindergarten to 5th grade students. Additionally, the role involves providing services at seven different sites, with weekly assignments rotating among them.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in grades K-5.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to ensure coordinated student support.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and determine appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Travel to assigned sites each week to deliver services as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in Georgia.
- Preferably have previous experience working with school-aged children.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels and sites.
- Commitment to providing high-quality services and supporting student development.
