We are currently looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Norfolk, VA, for the 24-25 School Year (SY). This role requires working Monday through Friday and an active Virginia Occupational Therapist certification. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of 45 to 60 elementary school students. Additional details regarding the caseload will be provided as more information becomes available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 45 to 60 elementary school students, delivering direct occupational therapy services and interventions.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and gather necessary information to tailor interventions according to each student's unique needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and student progress.

Requirements:

• Possess an active Occupational Therapist certification in Virginia.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dedication to providing high-quality services and supporting students' overall well-being.
