We're currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for indirect services, committing to 32.5 hours weekly, in Little Falls, MN at Mid State Education District. This role will span from September 3, 2024, to May 23, 2025, specifically for the 24/25 school year. The position requires onsite work only, serving students from early childhood to 22 years old. The caseload comprises around 80 students, with a primary focus on indirect services and minimal pull-out and direct services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide indirect occupational therapy services to students aged early childhood to 22 years old.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual student needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and professionals to ensure coordinated student support.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student functional abilities and determine suitable interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Engage in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Preferably possess prior experience working with students across diverse age groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 80 students, primarily focusing on indirect services.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality services and supporting student development.
