Contract Behavior Technician

ProCare Therapy is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. The selected RBT will be hired on as a full time contracted employee through ProCare Therapy for a school district located in Salem, OR

Caseload: 

• Full time: 32.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:30 - 2:30
• 1:1 and classroom support
• Knowledge of ABA principles
• Assisting lead teacher of behavior program

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team and communicate effectively with families.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of conduct..

Qualifications:

• RBT certification in Oregon
• 40 hour RBT course required
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Interview Process:

• 10 –15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
