Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified School Nurse to join our team in Dixon, CA, for the 24/25 school year. The ideal candidate will have certified school nurse credentialing and a valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Provide health services and support to students within the elementary school setting.
• Perform health screenings, assessments, and evaluations as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
• Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with chronic conditions.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community health resources to promote student wellness and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certified School Nurse credentialing.
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
