Certified Nursing Assistant/PCA needed in Malvern, PA

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to students with medical needs, ensuring their safety and well-being during school hours.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the direction of the school nurse or healthcare team.
• Assist students with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the school nurse, teachers, and other staff members to create and implement health care plans for students with specific medical requirements.
• Monitor and document students' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that supports the overall well-being of students.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
