Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Dover, DE

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a position in a school district located in Dover. The BCBA will be responsible for providing services to K-12th grade students with diverse learning needs. Details are provided below. 

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification
• 1+ year of experience, preferred
• Must pass drug screen and background check upon offer

Job Details:

• Start: 9/3/2024
• 1 school site - no travel
• Will be collaborating with 5 other Psychologists at district
• Working with ASD & Multiple disabilities
• Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
• K-12th grade
• Onsite only

Responsibilities:

• assess students' behavior and learning needs using various methods such as direct observations, interviews, and standardized assessments
• oversees the implementation of behavior interventions and instructional strategies tailored to each student's needs.
• continuously monitor students' progress and adjust interventions as needed. They collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
