Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Summer

Caseload: Elementary or High School 

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting typically fulfills several roles related to assessing, analyzing, and intervening with student behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering Behavior Intervention Plans and monitoring/writing BIP's.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to understand the reasons behind a student's challenging behavior. 
• Continuously collect data on student behavior to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans. 
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to share information about a student's behavior, progress, and strategies being implemented in the school setting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs for students with behavioral concerns.
• Support RBT's and other behavioral staff members. 

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
