Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Procare Therapy has been working with a school district near Acton, MA seeking an onsite Board-Certified Behavioral Therapist for this 2023-2024 school year. 
Requirements:

• Special Services Provider license with Special Education 
• BCBA Certificate

Job description:

• Full time 35 hours per week
• Start ASAP-06/07/2024
• Develop and implement educational and behavioral strategies for students with autism spectrum and behavioral disabilities.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create intervention plans.
• Collaborate with staff and parents, providing counseling as needed.
• Ensure IEP process and standards-based service delivery understanding.
• Maintain Special Education paperwork.
• Assist in IEP creation and review.
• Provide staff development and support behavior interventions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
