An Albany school district is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full time position!

ProCare Therapy is actively looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work onsite within a fantastic school district in Albany, Oregon. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of early childhood students by providing therapeutic services to address their motor, sensory, and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' specific challenges and formulate personalized intervention plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance students' fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to ensure effective integration of therapy goals into the students' daily routines.
• Monitor and document students' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, advocating for students' needs and contributing valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon and eligibility to work onsite
• Experience working in a school-based setting or with children is highly desired
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment
• Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young learners!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay rate ranging from $40 to $50 per hour with potential for negotiation, based on qualifications and experience.
• Full-time position - 37.5 hours per week
