5th and 6th Grade Math and Science Teacher Job

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 5th and 6th Grade Math and Science Teacher to join our school community near Southgate, WI. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year, where you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the fields of math and science.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for 5th and 6th-grade students in Math and Science.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Wisconsin teaching certification with endorsements in Math and Science for 5th and 6th grade.
• Previous experience teaching Math and Science at the elementary or middle school level is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in students.
