2024-2025 SY Social Worker

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a School Social Worker for a client! Be a part of a great school district that wants to passionately make a difference in their community. Newly graduates are highly encouraged to apply! Below are a list of details for this immediate opening opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Servicing K-5 students 
• General duties consist of the following:
  • Provide 1:1 and group counseling 
  • Report writing
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
  • Consult with families 
  • Case management

Work Hours:

•  Full-time
  • School hours are as follows: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Contract Date:

• Starting August 2024- May 2025

Requirements:

• Active AZ Social Work license is required
  • All levels are accepted
• Valid AZ Fingerprints
• Previous experience in schools or directly with youth is highly preferred
