ProCare Therapy has a school district near Frenchtown, Montana looking to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist for next school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with wonderful colleagues and students. If interested see details below

Job Details:

• Full-Time (4-5 days a week depending on work completed within the week)
• August 1st start date 
• PreK-12th grade students
• Caseload direct service 38 students, 22 consultative
• Plan and implement therapeutic activities to assist special education students in benefiting from their educational experience.
• Attend ER meetings, IEP, 504 meetings for school district students as well as other meetings to collaborate with staff
• Maintain up-to-date student records including daily notes for Medicaid eligible students, progress monitoring, and other documentation
• Collaborate recommend activities/strategies to school staff to support RTI/Tiered approach
• Attend pre-referral Student Assistance Team meetings, if time allows
• Collaborate with other school staff school-based services to students in all grades.

Qualifications:

• School based experience of 1-2 years preferred 
• Must have an active Montana Occupational Therapist license
• Must obtain all clearances and documentation to work for a school district in Montana
• Preferred background/understanding with IEP goal writing, reporting, timelines and other educational processes
