Job Title: 1 on 1 School Registered Nurse

Location: Lebanon, PA

Job Summary:

This position will work closely with the student and school staff to ensure the student's health needs are met, while also maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate with children, their parents or guardians, and teachers. If you meet these requirements, and you also have a genuine interest in improving children’s lives, we’d like to hear from you.

 

Position Details:

• 1 on 1 for a middle school student.
• • 5 yr old male with complex surgical history
  • G-Tube feedings
  • Diaper changes required 
  • Bus/Van riding with student to and from home (Nurse can leave car at student's home)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
