1:1 RN for Monitoring Vitals, Seizures, and G-tube Feedings For School Near Burbank, IL

We are seeking an experienced RN to provide 1:1 care for a patient in Burbank, IL. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring the patient's vitals, seizures, and g-tube feedings. Additional information will be provided during the interview.

Requirements:

• RN license in the state of Illinois
• CPR certification
• Experience with monitoring vitals, seizures, and g-tube feedings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for the patient
• Administer medication and monitor response
• Monitor and document the patient's vital signs and medical status
• Respond appropriately to seizures and related concerns
• Provide care for the patient's g-tube feedings
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare providers, as needed
• Communicate with the patient's family, school staff, and other relevant parties, as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
