Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Needed in Apple Valley, California
 
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Job Description:

•  Apple Valley, CA
• 1:1 with 5th Grade Male Student 
  • Seizures precautions & bus riding 
• ASAP - May 30th, 2024 (High chance of renewal)

Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and provide care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the registered nurse or physician.
• Assist with patient education and provide support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in the state of California.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
