Job Title: School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Caseload details:

• 1:1 medically fragile students
  • Preschool or high school caseload 

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Associates level degree.
• Comfortable with lifting, toileting, trach, and vent care highly preferred.
