ProCare Therapy is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for 1:1 school nursing in Wallingford, CT. This full-time position for the 2023-2024 school year starts ASAP and concludes on June 12, 2024. The nurse will work Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM with a 1:1 caseload, providing medical care to a medically fragile student. Responsibilities include mask-wearing, g-tube feedings twice a day, medication administration via g-tube, straight catheterization twice a day, and assistance with lifting. The student is in a wheelchair, mostly nonverbal, and the nurse will assist in the classroom and therapy sessions. An orientation with the student's parents will be provided. During the student's absence, the nurse will work in the school health office.

- Compassion and dedication to providing 1:1 care for a medically fragile student
