ProCare Therapy is actively recruiting a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for 1:1 school nursing in Santa Rosa, CA. This position for the 2023-2024 school year is available from Tuesday to Friday, with working hours from 7:50 AM to 2:30 PM. The LVN will provide 1:1 nursing care to a 4-year-old student with a G tube, seizures, and limited mobility, including accompanying the student on the bus to and from school.
Key Details:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) 1:1 position
- Dates: Tuesday to Friday
- Hours per week: 7:50 AM - 2:30 PM
- Caseload/Population: 1 student, 4 years old, with a G tube, seizures, and limited mobility
- Requirement: Ride the bus with the student to and from school
Pay Rate: $38 - $45 per hour (dependent on experience, credentials, and budget)
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Experience in pediatric or special needs nursing is preferred
- Competency in caring for students with G tubes, seizures, and limited mobility
- Willingness to accompany the student on the bus
- Compassion and dedication to providing 1:1 care for a young student
