1 to 1 Direct Support School Nursing Position Available - Mocksville, NC

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a 1:1 nurse for a high school student in a school-based setting. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K retirement plans. The role is structured as a W2 contract with full-time hours of 30+ per week, allowing for eligibility for benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing support for a high school student with trach support needs.
• Assist with wheelchair mobility and other activities of daily living as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to healthcare plans.
• Monitor student health and respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure the student's safety and well-being.

• End Date: June 11th, 2024

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience with trach support and pediatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
