We're currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Norfolk, VA, for the 24-25 School Year (SY). This position entails working Monday through Friday and requires an active Virginia Occupational Therapist certification. The caseload will range from 45 to 60 students, primarily focusing on elementary school-aged children. More detailed information about the caseload will be provided as it becomes available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 45 to 60 students, primarily at the elementary level.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and interventions to address individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and gather relevant information to tailor interventions to each student's specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and student progress.

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist certification in Virginia.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
