We're seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide indirect services for 32.5 hours weekly at Mid State Education District in Little Falls, MN. This role is effective from September 3, 2024, to May 23, 2025, specifically for the 24/25 academic year. The position requires onsite presence, catering to students ranging from early childhood to 22 years old. The caseload encompasses approximately 80 students, primarily focusing on indirect services with minimal direct services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver indirect occupational therapy services to students aged early childhood to 22 years old.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address individual student needs and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and professionals to ensure coordinated support for students.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student functional abilities and recommend suitable interventions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Possess a valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Preferably possess prior experience working with students across diverse age groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 80 students, focusing primarily on indirect services.
